The station is located in the Limoeiro neighborhood, in a two-story building built in an area of 465m². The structure has two recording studios, the main studio, where live broadcasts take place, the listener service sector, reception and administrative and Journalism and Production departments.Radio 88 FM operates today with 5,000 Watts of power, on the frequency 88.7 MHz, prefix ZYD-501. The broadcaster has digital audio processors, which guarantees more sound quality. The radio signal covers 20 cities in the south of the state and some areas of the Baixada Fluminense. Among the main municipalities are Volta Redonda, Barra Mansa, Barra do Piraí, Resende, Itatiaia, Porto Real, Vassouras, Piraí and Rio Claro.With a differentiated program, Rádio 88 FM is the audience leader in Volta Redonda and Barra Mansa, the main cities in the region, having 30.6% of the publics preference, more than double the percentage of the second placed according to research by Instituto GPP, September 2014.
